By reserving the apartment, you agree to the following:
• Reservation: Your reservation is for the selected dates only.
• Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 14 days before check-in will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable.
• Guests: Occupancy is limited to the guests included in your reservation. No parties or events.
• Smoking: No smoking or vaping inside the apartment.
• Damage: You are responsible for damage caused by you or your guests beyond normal wear and tear.
• Check-In / Check-Out: Access instructions will be provided before your stay. Please leave the apartment reasonably clean and secure when you leave.
• Building Rules: Please be respectful of neighbors and follow all building and property rules.
• Personal Property & Liability: Guests are responsible for their own personal property and assume the ordinary risks associated with their stay. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Swan Properties and its owners are not responsible for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage occurring during the stay, except to the extent caused by their negligence or as otherwise required by law.
By completing your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
